the founding cohort · autumn 2026
you're not broken. you just started feeling.
sixteen weeks of learning how to meet yourself — the patterns, the wounds, the shadow, the programs running underneath everything you do — in a small circle, with me holding the room.
why you're here
for everyone who woke up in a sleeping world and thought something was wrong with them: nothing was wrong. you just started feeling.
something pulled you inward and now you can't un-see it. you notice the same pattern coming back in a new relationship, a new job, a new country — different packaging, same wound. you've read the books. you know the words. and still, at 11pm on your phone, you're doing it alone and drifting.
this isn't a course that promises you'll be fixed by december. healing doesn't run on a schedule, and anyone who tells you it does is selling something. this is the map i wish someone had handed me — sixteen weeks of meeting the parts of yourself you've been hiding, not to fix them, but to finally know them. so you can stop repeating the same story.
this is the choice to stop delaying — in good company.
is this you
this is for you if
- you feel the pull inward. something woke up and pretending it didn't is starting to cost you.
- you're ready to do the work, not just read about it — around 4 to 6 hours a week for sixteen weeks.
- you want a held container. people beside you, someone holding the room. you already know you'll drift if you do this alone.
- you're okay being in a first cohort. it'll be intimate and a little raw, and your feedback shapes it.
this is not for you if
- you want a quick fix, a hack, a mindset shift by friday. this is slow, honest, sometimes uncomfortable work.
- you're in acute crisis right now. if you're not safe or you need clinical care, get that first. this is deep group work, not a replacement for a therapist.
- you want to consume content and skip the practice. the change is in the doing. if you won't do the daily work, keep your money.
- you can't make a weekly live call and won't watch the recording. the live room is where it actually happens.
the journey
sixteen weeks, in four movements.
we build the map first, then we dig, then we learn to live from what we found. you don't have to carry the whole thing. you just show up each week and walk the next step.
before any content, we meet the circle, set the agreements, and start your journal. no digging yet. just arrive and feel the room you'll be held in for the next four months.
your core wounds, your shadow, your body's wisdom, the subconscious programs installed before you could speak. you stop asking "why does this keep happening" and start naming the thing underneath it.
this is where it gets real. you learn to feel what you've been avoiding for years without drowning in it, to dig past the surface story to the root, and to let the weight finally move through you instead of carrying it.
you find your own inner yes and stop outsourcing it, you anchor the proof that something changed, and you walk out lighter — not healed forever, but knowing yourself better than you ever have. graduation lands around december 21.
what you get
- week 0 orientation, then 16 weeks — one module a week, in order, the way it's meant to be walked.
- one 2-hour live session every week, with me — teaching and guided practice in the same room. we learn it, then we do it together while you're held.
- every session recorded — yours, forever, posted within a day so a missed week never means a lost week.
- the full manual — being human 101, all 16 modules, the frameworks written down so you can open to any page and find the thing that meets you where you are.
- a private community between calls — for the days it gets loud, for the wins, for the messages you can't send anyone else in your life.
- optional monthly 1:1 with me — 60 minutes, one-on-one, for the places the group isn't the right room for.
- the 97 healing-topics library — grief, anger, the body, ancestors, death, love. a reference for the rest of your life, not just these sixteen weeks.
- lifetime access to all of it — recordings, manual, library. you'll come back to this in three years when life hands you the exact situation module 11 was quietly preparing you for.
the founding cohort
small on purpose.
this is the first time i'm running this as a live cohort. you'd be one of the people i build it with.
it's 12 to 18 seats — a founding pilot, not a 40-person intensive. deep work needs a container you can see across, where no one hides and everyone gets airtime. and honestly, it's my first time holding this room live — i want to learn to facilitate with eighteen faces, not forty. small isn't a limitation here. it's the design.
why now: the material is finished. the book is written, the arc is proven, the practices are real. waiting for "perfect" is just another way of delaying. the way i learn to run this is by running it — with you.
what founding buys you: a price you'll never see again, and lifetime access. closer access to me than any later cohort will get. a real hand in shaping the program — your feedback writes version two. and the quiet status of being first.
you're not buying a finished product. you're buying a seat in the room where it gets built. for the right person, that's the best seat there is.
the investment
$1,500 early-bird — enroll by aug 16
the standard price for this work, taught live, sits around $2,200–2,800. this is my first cohort and i don't have a wall of testimonials yet — so i'm pricing it under that band on purpose. low enough to be reachable, high enough that you'll actually show up. nobody does the work they got for free.
payment options
pay in full — $1,800, or $1,500 early-bird. best price.
3-month plan — 3 × $650 ($1,950). first payment holds your seat.
early-bird on a plan — 3 × $540 ($1,620).
if the plan is the difference between you being in the room or not, take the plan. don't let $150 be the reason you stay stuck. — cohort 2 goes to ~$3,000 in spring 2027, once the proof is in. founding members keep the founding rate for life.
12–18 seats · early-bird closes aug 16 · enrollment closes aug 28 · doors close when we begin sept 7
the one holding the room
jordi
i'm a full-stack engineer who builds servers at 3am and a theta healing practitioner who has sat with people through bufo ceremonies, family constellations, and the kind of emotional work that doesn't have a name. catalan, living in mazunte, oaxaca. father of two. ten years of startups, five years of medicine work.
i didn't learn this from a certification. i wrote this manual out of my own descent — the patterns i kept crashing into, the wounds i thought i'd dealt with that kept coming back, the years of sitting with people in the hardest moments of their lives and in mine.
building and healing turned out to be the same act — holding something carefully while it comes together. i'm not a guru and i won't pretend to be one. i hold the room, i go first, and i trust the material to do the teaching. that's the whole job.
honest answers
how much time does this really take?
around 4 to 6 hours a week: the 2-hour live call, plus reading the week's chapter, one small daily practice, one assignment, and some honest journaling. it's designed to fit a real life with work and kids. it asks for consistency, not your whole calendar.
is this therapy?
no. this is deep group work and self-inquiry, not clinical treatment. i hold space, i don't diagnose or treat trauma — i know that line and i respect it. if you're in acute crisis or need clinical care, please get that first. i'll tell you straight if i think you need something else before this, or alongside it.
what if i fall behind or miss a week?
you won't be kicked out for being human. every session is recorded and posted within a day, so a missed sunday doesn't drop you out of the flow. the rhythm is forgiving on purpose — you come back to the next step, not to a pile of guilt. the community is there for the days between.
do i need experience with this kind of work?
no. we build the map from the ground up in the first eight weeks. if you've done years of inner work, you'll go deeper faster. if you're brand new and just felt the pull, you're exactly who this is written for. the only requirement is that you're willing to be honest with yourself.
what if it's not for me — can i get a refund?
yes, and you get to feel it before you're locked in. through week 0 orientation and the first live session: full refund, no questions. come, sit in the room, feel me and feel the circle. if it's not for you, tell me and i refund you in full. after week 1 there's no refund — a small group depends on everyone staying — but if real hardship hits you mid-cohort, talk to me. i'll treat you like a person, not a policy.
do i have to attend live, or can i just watch recordings?
the live room is where the change actually happens — the guided practice, the circle, being held while you feel the thing. come live if you possibly can. life happens, and the recordings keep you in the flow when you can't make it. but if you already know you'll only ever watch replays, this cohort isn't the right fit.
is this religious? there's talk of energy and chakras.
no religion, no dogma, no belief required. the manual uses some energy language — chakras, ancestral patterns, timelines — because that's the vocabulary this work grew up in. take what serves you and leave what doesn't. the core is simple and grounded: what you carry inside gets reflected back at you, and feeling is how it moves. you just have to be willing to look.
i feel the yes but my mind is arguing. what do i do?
that's normal — the mind's whole job is to keep you in the comfort zone. start with a note, not a commitment. tell me where you are and why this, why now. a paragraph is plenty. that's the first honest step, and it doesn't cost you anything.
how you get in
no funnel. no countdown. just a conversation.
- send me a short note — where you are right now, and why this, why now. a paragraph is plenty. i read every one myself.
- if it's a fit — and it usually is; the fact that you read this far says most of it — i send you the enrollment link.
- you pay — in full, or the first payment of the plan — and your seat is held.
- the week of august 31 we meet for orientation. september 7 we begin.
if you feel the yes in your body, don't hand it to your mind to argue with. you already know.
